Our ceramic plates are made from aluminum oxide 98% monolithic tile bonded with aramid and/or fiberglass, and are available as single curve or multi-curve. They are covered in black material and foam.

Lightweight level III.
This is a ceramic/HPPE composite plate of 250 x 300mm with a weight of 2.0kg.  Protection against multiple shots of 7.62 x 51mm Ball, 7.62 x 39mm Ball, 5.56 x 45mm Ball (M193) and 5.56 x 45mm Ball (SS-109).  Shots should be spaced apart by more than 75mm.

Standard level III.
 This is a ceramic/Aramid composite plate of 250 x 300mm with a weight of 2.5kg.  Protection against multiple shots of 7.62 x 51mm Ball, 7.62 x 39mm Ball, 5.56 x 45mm Ball (M193) and 5.56 x 45mm Ball (SS-109).  Shots should be spaced apart by more than 75mm.  Protection is also provided against a single shot of 7.62 x 39mm AP.

Low cost level III.
This is a ceramic/Aramid composite plate of 250 x 300mm with a weight of 2.75kg.  Protection against multiple shots of 7.62 x 51mm Ball, 7.62 x 39mm Ball, 5.56 x 45mm Ball (M193) and 5.56 x 45mm Ball (SS-109).  Shots should be spaced apart by more than 75mm.  Protection is also provided against single shots of either 7.62 x 51mm AP or 7.62 x 39mm API.

Lightweight NIJ level IV.
 This is a ceramic/HPPE composite plate of 250 x 300mm with a weight of 2.85kg.  Protection against multiple shots of 7.62 x 51mm Ball, 7.62 x 39mm Ball, 5.56 x 45mm Ball (M193) and 5.56 x 45mm Ball (SS-109), and also single shot of 7.62 x 63mm AP.
